Yamaha’s latest motorcycle has a very long name. Called the XV1900A Midnight Star Casual Full Dress, it’s basically a rebranded version of the Star Motorcycles Stratoliner Deluxe that was recently launched in North America.

Styled as a ‘bagger’, a prominent fairing and a pair of hard luggage cases differentiate the CFD from the regular XV1900A Midnight Star.

Everything else remains the same, including the aluminium double-cradle frame and 1,854 cc V-twin engine that produces 88 bhp (66 kW / 90 PS) with 155 Nm (114 lb-ft) of torque. For ease of use and better stability when decelerating, the motor now comes equipped with an ‘assist and slipper’ clutch.
